At Higher Crowns Design, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

Free of stains, odors, or damage

In its original packaging (if applicable)

Accompanied by a proof of purchase or order confirmation

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized products

Digital downloads or design files

Gift cards

Clearance or final-sale items

Items marked “non-returnable” at checkout

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Email our support team at contact@highercrownsdesign.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Wait for approval and return instructions.

Ship the item back using the provided address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is our error).

Partial refunds may be granted for:

Items returned with signs of use

Damaged packaging

Missing components

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.

To request an exchange:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@highercrownsdesign.com.

Provide photos of the issue, if applicable.

If the desired replacement is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide clear photos and a brief description of the issue

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as the order may already be in production or shipping.

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
